Extendicare is a leading provider of care and services for seniors across Canada, operating under Extendicare, ParaMed, Extendicare Assist, and SGP Partner Network. We are a mission-driven organization serving the needs of seniors for more than 50 years.
We are focused on providing high-quality care to people wherever they call home, from our long-term care homes to our home health care services. We have deep clinical and operations experience, and are relentless in our efforts to improve and build on our expertise to better serve the people we care for today, and to meet the needs of the growing number of seniors who will need our care tomorrow.
Extendicare’s highly trained and dedicated team members are passionate about providing high-quality and compassionate care and services to people in our long-term care homes and our patients and clients living at home. This drives our Vision - for everyone in Canda to have access to the care and support they need to live their best lives.
Extendicare also provides consulting, contract management, and procurement services to support approximately 144,000 seniors across Canada. These efforts have made Extendicare the largest provider of long-term care (122 homes), home care (10.7 million hours per year), and group purchasing services for seniors in Canada.
