There was excitement in the air on a chilly February morning, when residents began their move from the former West End Villa to their brand-new long-term care home, Extendicare Crossing Bridge in the Ottawa region. The weather was no match for the warm smiles from team members and residents who were thrilled to be in their new home.

Extendicare Crossing Bridge is a state-of-the-art home that will house 256 residents. The home also features activity and therapeutic areas, a country kitchen, memory care unit, and comfortable spaces for visits with family and friends. Each resident has their own bedroom.
